Home-based nurses are trained professionals equipped to handle a variety of medical needs, including wound care, administering medications, post-surgical care, monitoring vital signs, and managing chronic conditions like diabetes or hypertension.

Caregivers are homestay personnel. They work during the day and sleep at night, but if the patient needs assistance to use the washroom, they assist up to two times during the night.
